I had my windows replaced by Illinois Exteriors in late 2009. I was so pleased with the quality and service that I came back for exterior door replacement in early 2011. I remain very pleased with the quality and service. The installers are fast (appreciated with winter installations!) but really know their business. Very knowledgeable sales staff are also a plus. Friends are still commenting on how nice the new windows and doors all are. I would, and do, recommend Illinois Exteriors to anyone wanting this type of work done.

I was pleasantly surprised that you showed up on the day of the installation to check on the progress. Also, I wasn't expecting you to stop by a week after the job was completed.
